"Fresh applications are invited from All India after revised cut off". Students from any states qualified NEET-MDS 2019 can apply of counselling in Himachal Pradesh. Candidate who have applied already before 30.03.2019, need not to apply again.

  1. General Category            250 (172)              

  2. SC/ST/OBC                        215 (140)               

  3. Person with Disability     232 (156)

Procedure for Obtaining Prospectus-Cum-Application Form (How to Apply):

​

  • The prescribed Application Form-Cum-Prospectus for PG (MDS) Common Counselling can be download from the websites of Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DME&R) and  H.P. Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Shimla,  or CLICK to DOWNLOAD  

  • The Application Form be submitted in original complete in all respect either by Hand or by Registered/Speed Post  in the favour of Principal, H.P. Government Dental College & Hospital, Shimla-1 on or before 30.03.2019, 08.05.2019 (up-to 5:00pm) 

  • Accompanied by crossed Bank Draft Drown in favour of Principal, H.P. Government Dental College & Hospital, Shimla-1 Fee 1500/- for General/OBC  and 1000/- for SC/ST

  • Important Dates for MDS HP State Admission Counselling 2019 (Counselling Schedule) : 

    • Availability of Prospectus  from: 10.03.2019

    • Last Date for submission of forms: 30.03.2019, 08.05.2019 (Revised for 2nd Counselling)

    • Date of displaying the merit list : 05.04.2019, 13.05.2019

    • Date of 1st round of counselling:  10.04.2019 

    • Date of 2nd round of counselling :15.05.2019

    • Mop-Up round of counselling:  30.05.2019

    • Commencement of academic session: 01.05.2019
