Issuance of online NOC for doing one year rotating internship programme
Dental council of India (DCI) has, in order to make the process hassle free in getting the NOC by the applicant seeking his/her transferred for doing one year paid rotating internship programme from one recognised dental college to another recognised dental college, made an online portal.
All the students those have completed their final year BDS Course from a recognised dental college and interested to get themselves transferred to another recognised dental college for the purpose of doing their one year Paid Rotating Internship Programme, are now required to apply through the online portal of DCI.
The NOC of the DCI for the purpose, in reference to the details submitted by the applicant on this portal which will be effective from 15th January, 2018, will be sent to the concerned applicant at his/her email ID as well as to both of the dental institution i.e. parent and transferee dental institutions of the applicant. The transferee dental institution will process the request of the applicant further based on the NOC sent by DCI at their respective email IDs, after verifying the other details of the applicant as per their rule/regulations and guidelines.
1. The Candidate should have ready with the following before filling the form.
Soft copy of identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Passport) in PDF format of not more than 125 KB in size.
Soft copy of original NOC by the Concerned State Dental Council in PDF format of not more than 125 KB in size.
Scan copy of recent color photograph of passport size not more 40 KB in JPEG format. (110x140 pixel)
Scanned signature in JPEG format of not more than 40 KB in size. (140x110 pixel)
The above documents should be visible clearly.

An amount of Rs.500/- is required to be paid through NEFT/IMPS to the Council's Bank Account, the details mentioned below.

The application shall be rejected, if any document/information uploaded by the applicant, found incorrect/incomplete and the fee once deposited by the applicant, shall not be refundable. The applicant needs to apply afresh again.
The applicant must apply for the transfer of registration within 6 months from the date of issuance of NOC of concerned State Dental Council/Tribunal.
